About the position:

The hired product manager will be the product owner of Roojoom’s offering for care journeys.

The product manager will drive Roojoom’s product strategy and roadmap for care journeys

based on the company’s vision and while adding value to Roojoom’s strategic customers.

The product manager will be based in Roojoom’s office in Ramat-Gan (Israel) and report to

Roojoom’s VP Product.

 Define and scope new product features from concept to detailed requirements.

 Work closely with customers to understand their needs and conceptualize generic product

features accordingly.

 Present product concepts and flows to internal teams and customers.

 Write detailed user stories for management workflows, business logic and user experience.

 Work closely with R&D teams who are developing the product.

 Work closely with UX/graphic designers.

 Research new product directions and innovation related to customer care operation.

 

You'd be a good fit if you have...

You’d be a good fit if you meet these job requirements:

 4+ years of experience as a product manager in a SaaS/B2B company.

 Experienced in working directly with global customers.

 Experienced in working closely with R&D teams in an agile environment.

 Experienced in system analysis and/or requirements scoping for large scale systems.

 English proficiency. Strong written and verbal skills.

 Feels comfortable working in a growing company.

 Can work independently, with a “can-do” approach and a high level of ownership.

 Can travel abroad when needed to meet with customers (average frequency may vary –

flexibility is needed)

Advantages:

 Past work for a product company that serves service providers’ customer service operation.

 French language proficiency will set a big advantage.

 Demonstrated sense for UX/UI – for both consumer interfaces and management workflows.

 Experience in machine learning implementations as part of a B2B offering.

 B.A./BSc. in Computer Sciences or Information Systems or equivalent.
