What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a Sales Director based in North America, with hunter experience, entrepreneurship skills, self-motivated, with the ability to think outside the box. In this role, reporting to the North America VP Business Development, you will have the opportunity to work with new and existing customers who are innovators and leaders in their respective industries. The ideal candidate will bring his experience selling enterprise software solutions to enterprise customers, at a C-Level, preferably within the cable/satellite/telecommunications or financial services (banks, credit, insurance) or healthcare verticals. Strong customer relationship and process skills are key for this role, as well as the ability to build a successful, scalable business. This role is supported by a talented and passionate team of marketing and field professionals who are all committed to Roojoom’s customer success. Roojoom is currently experiencing explosive growth and we are seeking a dynamic individual that can lead, mature and scale our business in the North America region.

Responsibilities:

  • Be better than the quota
  • Be process-driven while still having a consultative and innovative approach to customers
  • Close 2-3 new deals per quarter
  • Be passionate about delivering measurable business value to our customers

You'd be a good fit if you have...

  • Location – North America 
  • >5 years of experience selling complex software solutions (Marketing cloud, Customer Engagement, Care, CRM, etc.) to enterprise level clients – primarily to Cable/Satellite/Telecom carriers or Finance (banks, credit and insurance providers) companies or Healthcare providers
  • Ability to develop and present business solutions to C-level prospects
  • Excellent tenure at past employers 
  • Undergraduate degree or exceptional work experience
  • Experience with marketing cloud or equivalent is a plus
  • Ability to develop and communicate business case based on financial impact
  • Willingness to take coaching for continuous personal development
  • Experience in working in smaller fast-growing emerging organizations
  • The innate fire and drive it takes to be outstanding
  • Fluent in English; additional Spanish,  Portuguese or French is nice to have
