About the job: Business Development Representative (BDR)
One of the more strategic pillars of Roojoom’s growth is leveraging channels for sales. Roojoom partnered and aims to enhance partnerships with global/local brands in areas of SMB software and communication services to facilitate growth.
This position specifically focuses on PickMyCall (PMC) — a Roojoom product designed to transform the way SMBs handle customer communications. To learn more about the product, visit pickmycall.ai.
What you’ll be doing
● Researching, identifying, and qualifying new sales opportunities via
outbound cold calls, emails, social media, and inbound lead follow-up.
● Scheduling meetings or demos for the business team with qualified
prospects.
● Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate, timely information.
● Collaborating with the marketing team to support campaign execution and
provide feedback.
● Continuously expanding knowledge of our products, services, and relevant
market trends.
● Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs—including call and email
volume, meetings booked, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
Location: Israel (working U.S. hours if based in Israel)
You'd be a good fit if you have...
Your day to day will be a good fit if you have:
● 3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in the tech/SaaS space.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
● High level of organization and time-management capabilities.
● Resilience, persistence, and a positive, proactive attitude.
● Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) – an advantage.
● Availability to work US business hours.
