What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Success manager at Roojoom, you will join a growing professional team around the world who is in charge of the success for Roojoom’s large enterprise customers.
You will work directly with the customer and at one of Roojoom’s largest customers in Paris- Bouygues Telecom, which is located at 13-15 Avenue du Maréchal Juin, 92360, France.
You will work directly with various Roojoom departments such as business intelligence, delivery, sales and data science.
We will also value your ideas and proactive approach to participating in the continuous improvement of our solution.
Your missions will include:
- Monitor and analyze customer journey’s KPIs
- Lead customer Journey optimizations planning and execution
- Become an expert on the Roojoom platform and customer journey orchestration domain
- Establish a strategic advisor relationship with the customer, managing customer relationship, health, and risk.
- Establish a deep knowledge of the customers’ business and organization and drive further product adoption and expansion across the business.
- Work with customers to develop and execute a success plan that outlines how Roojoom will address their business needs and measure performance against established metrics/KPIs.
- Communicate the client’s need to overseas teams
You'd be a good fit if you have...
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mathematics / Computer Science / Statistics / Industrial Management or similar
- 2-5 experience in customer success for a SaaS company supporting large enterprise customers
- Analytical mind and ability to slice and dice the data to drive insights
- Autonomous with a high degree of initiative
- A native level of French and proficiency in English
- Technical orientation
