We’re seeking an experienced B2B and B2C, resourceful, and hands-on Vice President of Marketing to lead all marketing strategy and execution. This is a pivotal leadership role for a fast-growing B2B2C SaaS initiative, requiring someone who can combine strategic vision with roll-up-your-sleeves execution.
What you’ll be doing
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Serve as a key advisor to the leadership team on all things marketing and growth
- Build and lead a high-performing, metrics-driven marketing operation (initially hands-on, with growth over time).
Brand & Positioning
- Develop and refine our brand narrative, voice, and identity
- Position the company as a category leader in AI Voice Assistant for SMBs
- Oversee messaging consistency across all partners and channels
Demand Generation & Digital
- Execute and excel in marketing to channels and partners
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation including digital and events
- Optimize customer and partner acquisition costs (CAC) and grow the marketing-sourced pipeline
- Leverage paid and organic channels, SEO, content, partnerships, email, and events
- Own, maintain and optimize our digital assets including websites and microsites and social presence
Go-to-Market & Partner Marketing
- Develop partner marketing programs build demand and help distribution partners successfully sell our AI assistant
- Create co-branded campaigns, enablement kits, and joint events with partners
- Drive product launches and feature rollouts with compelling campaigns
Product Marketing
- Craft compelling value propositions, product messaging, and sales enablement materials
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform GTM strategy
- Collaborate with Product and Sales to align on product launches and feedback loops.
Growth & Analytics
- Define key marketing KPIs, set targets, and track performance rigorously.
- Use data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
- Own marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, GA, etc.)
You'd be a good fit if you have...
- Proven experience (7+ years) in B2B/B2C SaaS marketing, with at least 2+ years in a senior leadership or VP role
- Out-of-the-box thinker. Proven experience in creating a successful new SaaS product launch to international B2SMB markets. Experience in marketing AI products, voice tech, or productivity tools to small businesses is highly desirable
- Strong background in digital marketing and brand strategy
- Proven ability to think like the target audience — understanding their needs, fears, and motivations — and apply those insights to create messaging and campaigns that connect on a personal and emotional level
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and partner relationship
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and leadership skills
- Data-driven and ROI-focused, with a strong grasp of marketing metrics and attribution
- Startup mindset: scrappy, resourceful, hands-on, and adaptable. Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience building and managing a small marketing team from the ground up
- Fluent in English – speaking, writing and presentation
